International orders are shipped via USPS.

If shipment is returned, we will not refund original shipping or cover any reshipment costs.

Our Extra Butter policy allows for order cancellations and returns on footwear, clothing and accessories up to 14 days from the original purchase date for online credit only or exchange.

An order cannot be cancelled once an item has been processed and a tracking number has been applied.

Draw releases, Limited releases, home goods, socks, under garments and publications are all FINAL sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged. This includes our collaborations and other brand-to-brand collaborations.

Extra Butter does NOT cover return shipping. Returned products cannot be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Items sent back without a return authorization will be denied. For any cancellation requests or returns extended as a courtesy outside of our terms, or are returned with no authorization, a restocking fee will apply (15% Restock fee for cancellation or return with no authorization).
