Our Extra Butter policy allows for order cancellations and returns on footwear, clothing and accessories up to 14 days from the original purchase date for online credit only or exchange.

NO REFUNDS

Draw releases, Limited releases, home goods, socks, under garments and publications are all FINAL sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged. This includes our collaborations and other brand-to-brand collaborations.

All sale items are final purchase and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Extra Butter does NOT cover return shipping. Returned products cannot be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. In the event you were shipped the wrong item or size or a defective product, please contact us immediately.

Items sent back without a return authorization will be denied. For any exchanges or returns extended as a courtesy outside of our terms, or are returned with no authorization, a restocking fee will apply ($10 Restock fee cancellation, no authorization 15% fee).
