TERMS & PRIVACY

By using Extra Butter’s webstore, or placing an order over the phone/email with Extra Butter, customers agree to the following Terms of Use. We reserve the right to alter these terms at any point in the future.
Extra Butter utilizes select Google Analytics features to better understand our customer base and their browsing habits.  Extra Butter and third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to collect information.  This information is anonymous and is never sold or distributed without the consent of the user.

PAYMENT


Extra Butter currently accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
Amex cards are supported through the Paypal guest or member checkout.
All customers must place their orders with matching billing and shipping addresses. For PayPal, orders will only be shipped to the confirmed address. A shipping address cannot be altered once an order is confirmed.
 


SHIPPING


Extra Butter uses shipping carriers USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
If you have a preference, please contact Extra Butter before placing the order.
All products are handled and double boxed with care in the condition they were received in, as some of these items are collectibles and should be delivered as such.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
 Please give additional time for international orders and during Extra Butter Collaborations.  Be aware that email orders are fulfilled based on availability at the time the email is checked.  All orders will receive an email confirming its shipment, as well as a tracking number.
 
Estimated Shipping Times:
  • Flat Rate Domestic - 3-5 Business Days depending on delivery address
  • Flat Rate Express Domestic - 1-3 Business Days depending on delivery address
  • USPS Priority Mail International - 6-10 Business Days*
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International - 3-5 Business Days*
*Please allow additional time for processing at customs.  Extra Butter is not responsible for any holds or other delays caused by a customer's respective country*
**While delivery times can be provided, they are not guaranteed given the courier’s responsibility once a product is shipped.  Times are obtained through couriers' websites.  If an error with delivery times occurs on the part of the courier after shipment, please contact orders@extrabutterny.com to resolve the issue.**
Phone numbers are required for all orders in order to provide quicker customer service when dealing with processing and shipping.  Customers' information will never be utilized for anything but this and will not be distributed/sold.
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping and handling rates for domestic orders are as follows:
NY - $5
CT, MA, NJ, PA, & RI - $8
All others - $10 - $15
*Prices may decrease or increase depending on products or quantity being purchased*
Express shipping for phone orders will cost a flat rate of $35.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
*New Balance products are not available for international shipment*
International Rates are calculated during checkout.
Customs and Duty taxes are not included.
NOTE: Extra Butter is not responsible for any duty or customs incurred when placing international orders. Please take this into consideration prior to making purchases.
TAX

RETURNS


Item can only be returned for Online Store Credit or Exchange.
All sale items and limited collaborations are final sale.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Extra Butter unless a product is defective, or the style, color, or size received does not match up to the order placed.
If a product is defective, or the style, color, or size received does not match up to the order placed, the problem can be easily resolved.  Please contact Extra Butter at orders@extrabutterny.com, or call either of our locations for quicker service.
If approved, all products being returned must be unworn, doubled boxed and with all original packaging. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Extra Butter.
Orders that have already been sent tracking information may not be cancelled under any circumstance.  For any cancelled order, there is a $5.00 restocking fee for each item within the order
 

EXCHANGES


All exchanges/returns must be facilitated through Extra Butter, and are subject to approval from a web representative.

If an exchange is needed, Extra Butter must be contacted within 7 days of the date the package was delivered. Exchanges after this time will not be accepted.
Any products sent back to either location without a return # (RA#) will be refused.
Extra Butter does not cover re-shipment fees. In order to obtain a return #, customers must have the exchange approved by an Extra Butter web representative over the phone or via email.  Once approved, All products being returned must be unworn, doubled boxed and with all original packaging. If not, items will be sent back and the exchange will no longer be granted.

Returned to sender packages
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Extra Butter by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
