If shipment is returned, we will not refund original shipping or cover any return shipping costs.

RETURNS

Our Extra Butter policy allows for order cancellations and returns on footwear, clothing, and accessories up to 14 days from the original purchase date for exchange or online credit only.

*An order cannot be cancelled once an item has been processed and a tracking number has been applied.*

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged; Limited releases; home goods; socks; under garments; publications; and all collaborations.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Extra Butter DOES NOT pay for return shipping. Returned products cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Items sent back without a return authorization will be denied. Cancellations and other exceptions to our terms are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
