Shipping & Returns
Extra Butter uses shipping carriers USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
If you have a preference, please contact Extra Butter before placing the order.
Orders are processed within 24-36 hours of receiving payment and verification.
Be aware that email orders are fulfilled based on availability at the time the email is checked.
All orders will receive an email confirming its shipment, as well as a tracking number.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

Flat Rate Domestic - 3-5 Business Days depending on delivery address
Flat Rate Express Domestic - 1-3 Business Days depending on delivery address
USPS Priority Mail Express International / DHL Express - 3-5 Business Days
Shipping and handling rates for domestic orders are calculated upon checkout.
Prices may decrease or increase depending on products or quantity being purchased.
Express shipping for phone orders will cost a flat rate of $35.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express
International Rates are calculated during checkout. Estimated Shipping and handling rates for international orders are between $32-$70 depending on order quantity and product weights. Customs taxes are not included in shipping pricing. Please check your countries' regulations and restrictions before placing your order.
NOTE: Extra Butter is not responsible for any duty or customs incurred when placing international orders. Please take this into consideration prior to making purchases.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All returns must be authorized by us before shipping merchandise back. Please follow the link to our Extra Butter Return Center (LINK) to set up your return within 14 days of the order's date.
Please note: all limited release product, sale items, and items purchased using special discounts/sale promotions are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Returned products cannot be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. For exchanges, customer must pay for shipping both ways. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a RA number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Extra Butter. Orders that have already been sent tracking information may not be cancelled under any circumstance. For any cancelled order or fully returned, there is a $5.00 restocking fee for each item within the order. For any exchanges or returns extended as a courtesy outside of our terms, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Please note our online return policy applies ONLY to orders placed on shop.extrabutterny.com. In the event, you receive a damaged, defective product, or did not receive your full shipment please contact us immediately.
